We are excited to announce our first winner of our Look For the Helpers Contest! Each week a new winner will be chosen from "helpers" who have been nominated by community members. Inspired by Fred Roger's quote about looking for helpers in difficult times, we wanted to hear stories of people who are helping in our communities during these tough times.
Jennifer was nominated for making masks for Grants, Beyers and other businesses. The person who nominated her said "it means a lot that she would help keep us safe during this time."

***Jennifer chose Wild Rose Floral Design as the local business to receive a gift card from and generously donated the gift card to pay for flowers for the North Valley Extended Care Facility residents!! We thought that was a great idea so we decided to pitch in a little more to make sure both wings at NVEC would get some beautiful flowers to brighten their days!
